High-pressure triplex plunger pumps are the workhorses of industrial cleaning, surface preparation, and fluid-injection applications. By converting mechanical energy into hydraulic energy, these systems deliver low volumes of water at extremely high velocities.
As operating pressures scale up from 4,000 PSI to 40,000 PSI, the equipment transitions from heavy-duty washing systems to precision cutting and ultra-high-pressure (UHP) demolition tools. HIGH PRESSURE HOMOGENIZERS
We manufacture supply and maintain cum repair High pressure Homogenizers working at two stages. our product ranges from 200 LPH TO 10000 LPH Homogenizers.
A high-pressure homogenizer is a critical fluid processing unit used to reduce particle sizes, disrupt biological cells, and create stable, uniform emulsions or suspensions. Unlike high-shear mixers, a homogenizer forces a fluid product through a specifically engineered micron-gap valve under extreme pressure.
As the fluid passes through the valve, it undergoes intense mechanical forces—including rapid acceleration, massive shear stress, cavitation, and high-impact collision. This results in sub-micron-sized particles distributed evenly throughout the liquid, preventing phase separation and significantly extending product shelf life.
ROTATING HOSE DEVICE (RHD SYSTEM)
Our skilled technical department has manufactured one of the best and safest systems for jet cleaning of inside diameters of pipes and pipeline systems using specialized device called ROTATING HOSE DEVICE (RHD UNIT)
A Rotary Hose Device (RHD)—often referred to in industrial cleaning as a motorized hose feeder or hose rotation system—is a specialized mechanical attachment used alongside high-pressure triplex plunger pumps. It is specifically engineered to automate and optimize the cleaning of internal pipe networks, heat exchanger tubes, and industrial pipelines.
While a standard high-pressure pump provides the hydraulic force needed to blast away blockages, the Rotary Hose Device provides the controlled mechanical movement. It simultaneously rotates and advances the high-pressure hose through the piping, ensuring 360 degree internal cleaning coverage without relying on manual operator handling.
The device comes in following pressure range:
Pressure Rating - 12000 psi to 20000-25000 psi pressure with a flow of up to 80-120 Lpm. which is ideally required for Rotary cleaning.
